Your tour programmes once booked and subsequently cancelled must be informed in writing or by facsimile to Bhutan Green Travel. Then the refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive the notice and the following scale of cancellation charges apply per person per tour:

• within 30 days of start of programmes no charges
• within 21 days ~ 10% of total tour cost
• within 14 days ~ 15% of total tour cost
• within 7 days ~ 30% of total tour cost
• less than 7 days or without notice ~ 50% of total tour cost
• after arrival in Bhutan ~ 100% of total tour cost
